PRODUCT FORMULATION INFORMATION AND AB1200 DISCLOSURE

Colorado residents: In accordance with Colorado HB1345. PFAS are a group of over 14,000 chemicals that have been used for decades to improve product performance, including providing stain, grease, soil, and water resistance. Non-stick cookware often uses PFAS chemicals to prevent food from sticking to the surface. PFAS/PTFE is used due to its high performance as a non-stick surface coating and FDA approval for food contact applications. The US Food and Drug Administration regulates the use of PFAS substances in cookware to ensure they are safe for their intended use. Our products comply with FDA’s PFAS requirements. Please visit https://www.fda.gov/food/chemical-contaminants-food/authorized-uses-pfas-food-contact-applications. When applicable, PFAS content in cookware surfaces are indicated below on this page (See TFE and PTFE for example).

California residents: In accordance with California’s AB 1200, Formula Brands is committed to providing transparent product formulation information for its cookware including some kitchen appliances surfaces and handles. Below you will find product formulation information for our cookware and appliance products and links to additional information on these formulations.

Please be advised that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) establishes requirements for food contact surfaces to ensure that they are safe for their intended use.
